Metsavahi Holiday Farm Main House

Metsvahi holiday house is located in the middle of Jõgevamaa forests. It is an ideal place to escape from the routine and take a break from everyday responsibilities. You can walk along the beautiful forest paths, experience a real sauna experience, chill out in the pond after that, and enjoy the beauty of the starry sky in the hot tub sauna. This is a place to really rest and relax. Booking the main house, a separate sauna house, and, by agreement, a barrel sauna is possible. The space The main house is about 60m2 with a large kitchen-living room. The entire length of the house has a large, comfortable terrace with furniture to spend a pleasant time. The whole house has underfloor heating and also a new stove with a large thermal wall, which makes vacations especially pleasant in winter. Directly from the main entrance is a completely modern bathroom made from an old pantry - toilet, sink, shower cubicle, and washing machine. The kitchen has a large folding dining table, and kitchen furniture with all additional pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed and a couple of comfortable armchairs. TV and music center. The small bedroom behind the kitchen has a large double bed. The second bedroom has 4x single beds, but they can also be pushed together. Guest access Metsavahi accomodation is located in Mustvee municipality, Jõgeva county, Laekannu village. The house is located on a completely private property next to the forest, where a forest ranger lived with his family a hundred years ago, hence the farm's name Metsavahi (forest ranger). There are several buildings on the nearly 2-hectare land, one of which is the main house and the other is the new sauna house on the edge of the large pond. In the future, there are plans to renovate even more surrounding buildings. There is enough space for parking between the sauna house and the main house. The pond is clean and freely accessible to guests. NB! The buildings can be rented separately or together to celebrate larger and more memorable events. In addition, it is possible to rent a barrel sauna by separate agreement! Other things to note If you want to rent and use a barrel sauna, you must notify us as soon as possible and agree with the owner, because it takes time to fill it with water and supply it with firewood. There is a wifi connection in the main house, the code of which can be found on-site. Smoking is prohibited indoors! You may only grill in the designated area! The number of guests is limited according to the reservation. Additional guests are allowed only by prior agreement!
