Calm and serenity guaranteed! Guest access You have access to all rooms except for some reserves useful for the operation of the concierge and the maintenance of the estate. Other things to note To be arranged directly with the concierge: - In general: Check-in: between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. Check Out: 10 a.m. If you have requirements, it may be possible to change these times. In this case, please let me know as soon as possible so I can see if it's possible with the concierge. To be paid directly to the concierge at the time of your arrival: - A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF €1000 will be requested and returned if everything is in order. It is best to pay this deposit via Airbnb, if possible. Allow a few days for processing before your arrival. You also have the option to pay the deposit by check upon arrival. - A contribution to the concierge fee is requested. It's €100. The rest are options: - The option of linens and towels to be paid directly to the concierge. 1 double bed kit (sheets + 1 small and one large bath towel per person): €35 1 single bed kit (sheets + 1 small and 1 large bath towel): €30 Notify the concierge a few days before your arrival to let them know if you need linen or not. - A €50 cleaning fee is required if you use the pool house near the pool with its summer kitchen, bathroom, toilet and terrace. Your concierge will ensure your stay goes smoothly. They will take care of your arrival, your needs and your departure. You won't have to worry about end-of-stay cleaning, so you can fully enjoy your vacation until the last moment.
