Kait's Tiny House

Enjoy a cozy country stay in our lovely Tiny House in the beautiful town of Paris, ON. Situated on our 4.5 acre family property, guests will have private access to our renovated tiny home, complete with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. The house is equipped with a TV, Wifi, kitchenette & a 2-piece bathroom (no shower or tub). Our space is perfect for 2-4 adults or a small family. An outdoor firepit is the perfect place to unwind after a day of enjoying everything Paris has to offer. The space Welcome to Kait's Tiny House! At 240 sqft this unique "shed-turned-tiny house" is a cozy getaway just a 5 minute drive to downtown Paris. This space is equipped with air conditioning/heating and it's multifunctional! Enjoy a movie or show on the couch, then easily convert the couch into a double-sized sofa bed for sleeping. A memory foam mattress topper, sheets and comforter are all conveniently stored in the chaise, with extra pillows in the dresser. The designated work space is perfect for a laptop and the high speed wifi connection (25mbps) for your streaming needs. TV has Roku guest access. In addition to the sofa bed there is a queen-sized mattress in the 60 sqft loft just a ladder climb away. The loft is cozy for adults and a safe place for older children (5+) to sleep. The opening of the loft is on the narrower side, so for our taller guests the sofa bed may be a better fit. Below the loft is a 2-piece bathroom (toilet and sink only - no shower or tub!). The Kitchenette includes a small fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, portable cook top, small pot and pan, Nespresso pod coffee machine and a kettle. Tea and coffee pods are provided for your enjoyment. The tap water is safe to drink (our property is on city water). We follow Airbnb's 5-step cleaning process. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders and sexual orientations. It's a safe place for everyone. Make it your "tiny" home away from home. Guest access As a guest you have your own parking space that is half-way up the main house driveway. There is room for 3 vehicles. The entrance to the Tiny house is about 50 feet from the parking area. Guests are welcome to use the grass area in front of the Tiny House (30 feet towards the main house). They are also welcome to use the entire front field (Tiny House to the road). It's a great spot to kick/throw a ball around or to have a picnic. We live on site with our young children and we love to play outside. You may see or hear us around the property during your stay. Feel free to wave to us and we’ll wave back but we’ll do our best to stay out of your way to respect your privacy. Other things to note Just a 5 minute drive to down town Paris, where you will find charming shops and boutiques, grocery stores, lots of great restaurants overlooking the Grand River, LCBO etc. A great place to stay if attending a wedding or event at the Arlington Hotel and/or Dominion Telegraph Event Centre. 20 minutes West of Brantford, 20 minutes South of Cambridge, 10 minutes to Hwy 403, 20 minutes to Hwy 401. Next door to a hair salon, massage therapist, osteopath and esthetician, and minutes down the road to a kayaking/canoeing entrance to the Grand River. Lots of biking/walking trails nearby. 5 minute drive to the Trans-Canada Trail.
