A great quiet residential area, deer roam free. 5 min drive to shopping & restaurants. Walk 5 mins to trails, catch & release fishing in small lake. Great location for leisure, & relaxation. To Ballantyne is 5 mins. South Park Mall is 15mins away. Quail Hollow Golf course 3 - 5 miles away. The space Light and airy inside, (lower level of house). Private screened patio makes enjoyable evening air bug-free. Screened Patio smoking allowed, or outdoors. NO indoor smoking allowed. Quiet surrounding area, aesthetically rich. Neighbors are friendly and helpful, if you get lost locating streams and marsh area, which is 5 mins from your lodging. There is a Roku smart 32” TV in main bedroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, with direction changed for each season. During the winter months (Nov-March) master bedroom has mattress warmer. There is a choice of down or synthetic comforter. Apartment has central air system. There is a 2 person minimum. Due to local ordinances; A total of 4 people permitted at any time. There is a medium size charcoal BBQ on the patio extension you are welcome to use. Guest access Private space includes fully stocked. kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and private screened porch, off-street parking, for one car only. Parking is up the driveway turn left, in front of the house. Please........do not park in the carport, this is for permanent house tenants only. Entrance into the apartment, is a walk through the car port, to the screened patio. When stepping into the patio.......There is a 6” high step into the patio. The entrance door has a 1” raised transition. Inside the apartment are no transitions dividing rooms. The door width is 27”. Street parking is very safe, as there is little street traffic. Other things to note For security......Please let me know how many people will be staying and their names, so that I will know who will be showing up, and keep me posted if this information changes. Please mention if you are vaccinated when requesting a stay There is a 2 person minimum. Due to local ordinances; a total of 4 people permitted at any time. Expected or unexpected additional guests, there is a 1x fee of $20 Which would be for each additional guest.
