Located in the peaceful area of Okrug Gornji on the island of Čiovo, close to the historic town of Trogir, the villa offers the perfect combination of relaxation, nature and Dalmatian tradition. The space Welcome to Villa Nealeona, a unique Dalmatian villa located in the peaceful area of Okrug Gornji on the island of Čiovo, close to the historic town of Trogir. The villa offers a private swimming pool and spacious terraces with beautiful sea views and breathtaking sunsets. Every evening brings a different combination of colours across the sky and sea. The garden is surrounded by olive trees, rosemary and bay leaves, creating a relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere. One of the most unique parts of the house is the traditional Dalmatian tavern designed as a small museum with ship models and original objects more than 150 years old. During the construction of the house a statue of Saint Joseph was discovered six meters underground and today it has a special place in the home. Villa Nealeona is the perfect place for a peaceful holiday with a pool, sea views and authentic Dalmatian charm. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment they booked as well as most areas of the villa. They can enjoy the private swimming pool, sun terrace, and a traditional Dalmatian tavern that is perfect for relaxing and socializing. A welcome drink will be offered to guests in the tavern upon arrival. Guests also have access to a garage with remote control and an electric vehicle charger. Charging electric vehicles is free for our guests. The garden is maintained by the host, but guests are welcome to use fresh Mediterranean and medicinal herbs from the garden to prepare herbal teas. During the season, guests can also enjoy our homegrown lemons, and we are happy to offer fresh seasonal vegetables from our garden when available.
