Swedish summer cottage with large outdoor space

Welcome to our charming summer cottage on southern Orust, a gem in Bohuslän! Located on a large plot of land and with a lovely garden, our summer cottage offers space for up to 8-12 people (8 fixed beds), making it perfect for a family vacation or a relaxing holiday with friends. With its individual and private location, you can really enjoy the tranquility and harmony that only nature can offer. With cycling distance to beautiful seaside areas, you can enjoy Bohuslän's scenic coastline. The space The property consists of three houses, the main building itself (the cottage), the extra house and the guest house (shed). The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and porch, hall and sleeping loft. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with a 140 cm wide bed with room for two people. TV and DVD player are available. In the brown cabinet there is a lot of fun for children, such as books, movies and games. In the kitchen there is a dining area, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven and stove with induction hob. The sleeping loft is reached via a rather steep staircase, where there is a 180 cm wide double bed and space for a simpler fold-out extra bed, 80 cm wide. In the extra house there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. In the hall there is space to hang outerwear and put shoes as well as a table with two chairs. In a newly renovated bedroom there are two beds, one 90 cm wide and the other 120 cm wide. Desk and dresser for storage are also available. The third house is a guest house (shed) with bunk bed and bed that is 90 cm wide. The bunk bed is 120 cm wide at the bottom and 80 cm at the top. The garden is large and lush with a large lawn. There is a kitchen garden where vegetables and flowers are grown. Next to the barbecue grill is a wooden patio with a roof (Habana Bar). There is also a dining area on the front of the cottage as well as a sun deck with sofas and armchairs. There is room for parking of several cars in front of the house. From a mountain behind the sun deck, you can look down over a forest glade where deer and moose frequently graze, fun for both children and adults. Guest access If you book with us, you have access to all three houses as well as the plot and the outdoor environment. Other things to note Bring your own sheets and towels as they will not be available unless otherwise agreed. Kitchen towels and cleaning utensils are available. Please note that departure cleaning is not included in the price. Before departure, cleaning must be done according to the checklist. Vacuum, mop floors, clean bathrooms, empty dishwasher and throw away all garbage. That is, restore the house to the condition you found it. Trampoline is available but is a little worn so it is only used at your own risk as we cannot guarantee its safety.
