Contemporary house between sea and mountain

Peaceful 130 m2 accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 10/15 min from the beaches (Canet-en-Roussillon, Le Barcarès etc...), and 1 hour from the mountains. My house is perfect to welcome you on vacation, there are 2 children's bedrooms with games, toys that will remain for the duration of the stay, and also on the lower level a master suite with an extra shower. A small 25 m² south-facing garden on the front to have breakfast or take a sunny break. The space The house is on one level, on arrival there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, toilet and 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed. Then on the lower level, there is a master suite with a 160 x 200 bed and shower. The house is air-conditioned.
