The space This luxurious 11th floor oceanfront condo features high-end upgrades, designer furnishings, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and fantastic ocean views. Stylish laminate flooring can be found in the living room and all bedrooms with tile floors in the rest of the condo. The oceanfront balcony opens to the master bedroom and living room with a leather sleeper sofa. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and upgraded dark wood cabinets. The master suite includes a king-sized bed and a jacuzzi tub and separate shower in the bathroom. There are two queen beds in the luxurious guest suites. Mar Vista Grande is a perennial top resort on the Grand Strand. Mar Vista Grande guests will enhance their beach vacation with ample resort amenities provided by a large indoor pool, large outdoor pool with shallow wading area, outdoor lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool, sun deck, and fitness center, all just footsteps from the ocean. Walking distance from the famous Main Street, Mar Vista Grande is at the center of what a vacation to the Grand Strand is all about. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building. ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay. ______________________________ BUILDING AMENITIES Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay.
