Other things to note This apartment is exclusively for families. By building rules, guests over the age of 5 must wear an identification bracelet. The use of communal areas has an additional and unique cost for the entire stay (not per day) of $5 per person, which is paid to the building management at the time of check-in. It is mandatory for access to these areas. (This includes the pool, Jacuzzi, rest area under the pergola, lobby, communal showers, communal bathrooms, and elevator)
