Principles and House Rules (please read and agree) 1) Absolutely NO Smoking 2) NO unregistered guests allowed 3) NO Pets 4) Absolutely NO Parties 5) Rationalize the use of energy and water at the house 6) We kindly ask our Guests to check with us whether is necessary any additional mid-stay cleaning so it can be lined up during your vacation (in case stays above one week). 7) Trash/waste: Regarding household trash, we embrace selective recycle sorting; buckets are under the sink and the local dumpsters outside. 8) Noise Pollution: We ask our guests to avoid loud music especially after 10pm as neighbors are used to quiet. We normally will greet you upon your arrival and may be there when you leave. If not possible we will arrange the key dropping. For any suggestions or changes please let us know so we can organize the reception upon your arrival. The check-in time is from 14:00 hours. The check-out time is before 11:00 hours. In general, check-in and check-out can be done as indicated but if you plan to check-in between 9pm and 6am or want to do bag-drop at other times, please contact me directly.
