This cozy, newly built 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Uptown Pagosa Springs offers easy access to the golf course, restaurants, grocery stores, and Walmart. Just 5 minutes from historic downtown Pagosa Springs and its famous hot springs, and 40 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area, this home is perfectly situated for both convenience and relaxation. The space This home offers an open floor plan with a spacious open living room, dining room, and kitchen all on the main floor. There's a sliding glass door right next to the living room that provides access to the deck that looks over the large fenced in yard . There is a half bath and laundry on the main floor for your convenience. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor with a queen bed, and two bedrooms upstairs; both furnished with queen beds with a shared bathroom. Other things to note Wi-Fi will be provided for guest use and enjoyment. We live in a small mountain town and experience frequent outages. Refunds will not be provided for Wi-Fi issues. There is a pet fee of $40, with a limit of two pets, and pets must weigh 50 lbs less. Heating & Cooling; Thermostats are located in hallway across from master bedroom. We live at altitude which means you need to drink lots of water, altitude sickness is no joke and definitely no fun! We like to boast the most snow in Colorado. Should guests be visiting during winter months expect snow! Expect driving in snow, walking in snow, and playing in snow. Ensure the vehicle you are using has 4-wheel drive capabilities. Hiking trails, views, adventure and journeys all await the wondering guest. We like to boast the most snow in Colorado and we happen to be the location for the world's deepest geo-thermal Mother Spring. There is no end to the adventure here for the daily traveler.
