Welcome to SunsetHouse w/ a breathtaking view of sunset in the afternoon & Mt. Banahaw as soon as you wake up in the morning, big terrace in the 1st & the 2nd floor, with 3 cctv’s outside located at the back, front & side of the house. (Note that cctv in the living room is not working.) This house is located in a secured subdivision, just across gasoline station & MMG Hospital, walking distance to Kamay ni Hesus and Batis Aramin. 5-10 minutes drive to Bukid Amara, commercial center , market. The space This house has the ff: - Master bedroom with king size bed , 2 bed side table and lampshade’s, walk-in closet, big mirror, full bathroom, smart t.v with Netflix and YouTube, split type aircon and fire alarm system. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, air conditioned, and fire alarm system. -3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, air conditioned , & fire alarm system. - Extra two single folding bed and 1 double bed. - Another fire alarm system in 2nd floor hallway & 1st floor living room. -3 Dehumidifier - Clean kitchen - Auxilliary kitchen - Another 2 spacious full bathrooms - gas stove - Hot & cold water dispenser - Table and chairs with umbrella - 3 cctv’s - Laundry rack - covered 1 car garage -Automatic washing machine - smart lock in the main door - SoundCore Anker Motion Boom Bluetooth speaker - Telescope - Barbecue griller Guest access Guests can access everything in the house except with the rooms that are locked. Other things to note -Body wash and shampoo are provided. - Bring your own towels - Please use extra precaution in up and down the outside stairs as it gets slippery sometimes, always use rails. -Each Home owner of the subdivision has it’s own key in the entrance gate of the subdivision. The gate will close at 9pm - 5am or 10pm -5am , you could still access the gate by using the key to unlock & be sure not to leave the gate unlocked. - Photo copy of I.d’s must be given upon check-in.
