We welcome you to a village house located near the Northern Vosges Nature Park. The accommodation is spacious in the heart of nature, close to hiking trails. Saverne is 10 minutes away, Bouxwiller is 6 minutes away. Kirrwiller's "Royal Palace" cabaret is 13 minutes away. The house has 3 floors that are entirely dedicated to you. You have access to the green spaces around the house, to the tennis courts (indoor and outdoor). A trampoline is available for our young guests. The space A living area including a living room, a dining area with integrated and equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi, library and board games are at your disposal. An office with wired WIFI is available to facilitate teleworking. This office has a sofa bed for 2 people. The sleeping area consists of 6 bedrooms. On the ground floor, 1) The "CERISE" room is equipped with a 1.60 x 2 m double bed. It can accommodate a foldable child bed and/or a baby crib (available on request). 2) The "POMME" room is equipped with a 1.40 x 2 m bed. It can also accommodate a folding bed or travel cot. On the 1st floor 3) The "MIRABELLE" suite is equipped with a 1.4 x 2 m double bed, a living room, a TV and an armchair that converts into a single bed. 4) The "COING" suite consists of 3 rooms, a master bedroom with a 1.6 x 2 m bed, a private bathroom with shower and toilet and 5) The "QUETSCHE" room equipped with a 1 x 2 m bed 6) The "POIRE" room is equipped with a 1.8 x 2 bed that can be split to obtain 2 beds of 0.90 x 2 m. The accommodation is equipped with 3 bathrooms with walk-in shower, and a 4th shower in the sauna, 4 toilets including 3 separate. Basement The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a drying rack and an iron. A freezer completes the set. A relaxation area offers an "infrared" sauna, a rest area, a tea room and an en-suite shower. The gym is equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine and foosball. A children's area offers some games. Bed linen and bath and shower towels are provided. Guest access Access to the accommodation is provided by a small path. The house is up high next to the restaurant "le Balthazar". Parking for 6 vehicles is available free of charge. We provide guest check-in and checkout. Keys are also available in a key box.
