Welcome to The Pelican Perch! We are delighted to have you stay at our beautiful beach home. We are just a short walk or quick zip to the beach in the golf carts. And wow what fun it is with the humongous pool complex and the indoor heated pool for cooler days. Inside has 5br/3ba, new HD Smart TVs, new furniture, beautiful open kitchen, and a large master br. Decks, "outside living room", and almost a mile of pristine beachfront. Vacation here and you will not want to go back home! :) The space The Pelican Perch has 5br & 3 full baths. It is a beautiful stilt beach home with plenty of room for a large family get together. The fully stocked, large kitchen opens to the den with new furniture and a new large screen HD Smart TV. Both levels has porches for gathering - your family time will be fantastic here. The huge water park is free with your stay and there is also an indoor heated pool for cooler days. Ocean Lakes resort is all about fun - there are basketball courts, mini-golf, horseshoes, cornhole boards, playgrounds, fishing ponds, skatepark, nature center, recreation center, and a gigantic observation deck overlooking the ocean. We have electric scooters, bicycles, bike helmets, and beach chairs. Linens are provided for free. We want your vacation to be all about fun!!! We are located just 4 miles from downtown Myrtle Beach with a whole world of fun things to do. There is incredible shopping, dining, and super fun entertainment venues like Ripley's Aquarium, the Skywheel (see picture... just incredible), Haunted Houses, Arcades, etc. The boardwalk has all kinds of fun venues and places to wet your whistle too. Come see the sun rise over the peaceful ocean early in the morning and you will be making memories for a lifetime! Guest access Ocean Lakes resort is gated with 24/7/365 on site security. It is all private roads with 10 mph speed limits so this is a fun place to zip around in the golf carts. (You can rent 1 or 2 carts from us or rent from Ocean Lakes). There is plenty of parking at the beach and at the amenities. We have room to comfortably park 4 vehicles under the house. There is also an overflow parking lot too. (Parking pass is $12/day/vehicle). Other things to note The Pelican Perch is a year round ocean oasis! We have fantastic amenities for Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter! Our weather is comfortable year round - we are blessed with a delightfully warm climate. Palm trees and suntans are the norm here at The Pelican Perch! We are pet friendly for dogs ($150/dog) and want your entire family to have a fabulous vacation. We are right at all kinds of amazing entertainment places. You can come visit Myrtle Beach for the next 40 years and never come close to seeing all the cool things to do. We are very kid friendly.
