This condo has easy access to the pool and is a 5-minute walk through the resort to the beach. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid-stay cleaning requests for a small fee. Our guests also have access to parking for $20 and free beach access. See you soon!  Other things to note Guests will need to pay $20.00 per vehicle Per Week for parking passes, from May 1 - Sept 30. From October 1 - April 30, it is $20 per Booking, instead of per week. The security guard at the gate will collect payment and issue the parking passes. If you lose your parking pass, you will need to pay for a replacement. All passes must be displayed on the windshield side of the rear view mirror while the vehicle is parked on the property.  Bike Week Parking: Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on property except during Bike Week and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. These fees are for one week and will be collected at the gate, payment must be made with credit card, no cash, no exceptions. The fees during bike week are as followed; Car or Truck (vehicle pulling the trailer) $20, Trailer not to exceed 18 feet $100, each motorcycle is $20 apiece It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 23 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 23 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 23 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
