Welcome to our all in one newly remodeled studio in Rosemead. During your stay, you will find it worth every penny as you get everything you need. As you walk inside, you'll have a fully equipped kitchen with all the applicances like electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. Also you'll have a comfortable sofa to enjoy the TV, a dining table to feel good food. We have prepared Queen bed with comfortable linens, so guests can enjoy their stay here. The space Location: 11 miles away from Downtown LA 17 miles away from Disneyland 20 miles away from Universal Studio 30 miles away from LAX Other things to note Important house rule reminder： • You must be 21+ to book. • The person who made the reservation must be present during the stay, and third-party bookings are not allowed. • Absolutely no party/event will be allowed in the house. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. • The quiet time is 9pm to 8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep your noise level down past 9PM. 😊 • We are sorry but pets are not allowed at this property, except for service dogs. Proof is required for ESA dogs. Violators will be fined 500 dollars. • Cannabis/ Vaping/ tobacco smoking will not be allowed in the interior of the property and anywhere near the house in the neighborhood. Violators will be charged fees to compensate for the additional cleaning.
