By completing the reservation you agree to the following: « You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. « You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. « You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. « You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria. Damage Waiver For a small, one-time fee of $35, our Damage Waiver offers peace of mind by covering accidental damage and normal wear and tear during your stay. It covers up to $150, protecting you from unexpected repair or replacement costs and helping to maintain the property in great condition for you and future guests. With the Damage Waiver, you can relax and enjoy your stay without added stress. Please note: The Damage Waiver is non-refundable. Be sure to report any damages before checkout. Our Damage Waiver works alongside Airbnb's Aircover, which covers larger claims up to $3M beyond the Damage Waiver's coverage. Safety Deposit Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of $150 to cover potential damages that may arise during your stay. If no damage is identified after your stay, the hold on your payment method will be released. Checkout is at 10 am- Late Checkout is available for $25/hr. Unauthorized stay will result in $100/hr. Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies: 1-4 Nights: $25 Per pet Per Night 5-29 Nights: $200 Per Pet 30+ Nights: $300 Per Pet There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterward, this fee doubles.
