Between Vésubie and Tinée, you will be in the heart of the Colmiane resort. La Colmiane is above all a family and dynamic resort. Several activities will be possible depending on the time of year: skiing or hiking, zip line, snowshoeing, tree climbing, mountain biking, ... Thanks to the location of the apartment, you can walk to the ski slopes, rental shops, restaurants, the ESF, supermarket, the tourist office. The space The apartment is a 3 room 50m2, on the 1st floor of a 3-story residence. Parking is free at the foot of the building and is free and unlimited. The property consists of: > sleeps 6: one double bed, two single beds and a 2-seater BZ sofa. Bed linen and bath linens are provided from 2 nights. Need to Know: All our windows are double glazed. > An equipped kitchen is at your disposal with: electric hob, oven/microwave, coffee maker (filter coffee), kettle, raclette machine (6pers), refrigerator, freezer, toaster. > Bathroom with a bathtub. > An individual toilet. > Lounge area: TV, board games, table and chairs. > Exterior: sunny terrace, table and chairs overlooking mountains and ski runs. >Wi-Fi present Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Check-in is after 3pm and checkout is before 10am. Pets are allowed for an amount of 20 euros per stay and per pet. Amount to be honored at the time of booking. Pets have no bans to sleep on sleeping arrangements. You will need to provide what is necessary for their well-being.
