My husband and I have teenagers and a dog in the home on the main floor. At times you will hear our footsteps or voices around the home. If this is an issue, I'm afraid this space may not be the one for you. Although we have pest control spray our property every quarter, there are still some insects that occasionally find their way into the space. You may not encounter any at all, however we wanted to mention the possibility.
