Kick back and relax in this Luxurious mountain contemporary home located in the poplar subdivision of Cross Creek Farms, Blowing Rock NC. This home sits on a 2 acre lot with plenty of privacy and has an abundance of windows allowing the sunlight shine through and for you to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you. This home features an open concept with vaulted living area, large kitchen, expansive bedroom with spa like bathroom. A short drive miles to either Boone or Blowing Rock. The space Additional notes: -No Pets Allowed -There is a washer and dryer in this home -4WD or AWD may be necessary in the winter months. -Parking limited to 1 vehicle. - All homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 11am • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
