Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of a 3-hectare estate, between vineyards and woods. You can walk around freely and enjoy an unforgettable sunset. It's not uncommon to see deer walking through the vineyards. As you can see, this is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. The accommodation is located just 18 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 45 minutes from Bordeaux, 20 minutes from Dordogne, 1.5 hours from Bassin d'Arcachon and the Pyla Dune. The space 70 m² accommodation, consisting of a living room and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find a bathroom, toilet and three bedrooms (one with shower and private sink). For your comfort, our sheets and towels are made of Tradition des Vosges cotton gauze. The private terrace is equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and a dining table. The Estate is composed of three apartments as well as our house. A common, friendly space is at your disposal with children's games, foosball, board games… ideal for families. This is a place where children meet to play, adults to watch a soccer game... We thought of this place as a haven of peace with a warm and family atmosphere. The cottages, totally independent, will allow you to have your privacy but always with the possibility of experiencing moments of conviviality with other travelers or ourselves if you wish and when you wish. The estate is three hectares and everyone easily finds their marks. It is very easy to enjoy a meal by the vineyards in peace! It's the ideal place for a stay for couples, families, friends or for a business trip. It is very important to us that each of our guests feels at home, we are committed to making this place a little piece of heaven, a little bubble of kindness for all! NEW: Enjoy our brunches, to be enjoyed on your terrace or in the vineyards. Also enjoy our homemade pizzas every night as well as our charcuterie boards for an aperitif in the heart of the vineyards! From July 1 to August 31, every Tuesday evening Barbecue menu by the pool followed by an outdoor movie night. These services are extra. Rates and information upon request. The estate is equipped with a 5-seat therapeutic SPA that you can enjoy privately in one-hour slots for an additional fee. The rate is 20 euros for one hour (included in the rate for stays from July 15 to August 25) Swimming pool accessible at no extra charge. The opening hours of the SPA and the pool are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. The SPA must be booked 24 hours before the desired time slot and is accessible to children from 10 years old. The pool is outdoors and therefore closed from mid-October to the end of April. The nearest supermarket, local market and shops are a 7-minute drive away. The Domaine is in the heart of the vineyard, there is no public transport nearby, so it is essential to have a vehicle. We are located 50 minutes by car from Bordeaux, please take this information into account if you are booking for an event taking place there, no refund request will be accepted for this reason. Guest access You have a private terrace and access to the entire estate (woods and vineyards). Enjoy a picnic in the woods or in the heart of the vineyards, admire the sunset with a glass of wine in hand in the orchards. As you can see, this green setting is waiting for you. Other things to note Parties are strictly forbidden. A baby kit is available free of charge upon request. It is equipped with a baby bed, bathtub and high chair. If you are more than 8 people, we have two other cottages on the estate for a total capacity of 14 beds. *Additional charges* The HOT TUB is available by reservation = access to the HOT TUB for 1 hour + bathrobe rental = 20 euros for 2 adults (+5 euros per additional person) The SPA must be booked no later than 24 hours before the desired time slot.
