Professionally decorated, this cozy cabin offers a quiet and relaxing getaway in the mountains, just a short drive to the Village, lake, and close to the ski mountain. We are also moments away from the free trolley, supermarket, walgreens, donut and coffee shops for your ultimate convenience. The space Located in the tranquil residential area of Moonridge, the Cozy Farmhouse is the perfect place to unwind in the mountains. Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. The maximum occupancy is 4 adult guests. The Cozy Farmhouse features two comfortable beds, one queen and one king, in two bedrooms. There are also 1.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen that's perfect for cooking in the mountains, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace in the living room. You'll have access to WIFI, AC, Smart TVs, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Outside, you can relax and hang out on the front patio. The Cozy Farmhouse has a small pet fee of 20 dollars per day for the 1st pet, and 10 dollars per day for every additional pets, to be charged separately. We are pet-friendly, feel free to bring your furry friends along! Guest access You will be able to access the entire property except the small owner's closet. Other things to note Please note that the Cozy Farmhouse is located in the mountains and woods, so you may encounter the occasional woodland critter, pest, or bug. The windows do not have screens so if hot or cold, the ac or heater are safer bets for a good time. Only two cars are allowed at any time at the cabin, and there is no street parking.
