In the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find a full-size oven, range, microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal, and all the necessary cooking equipment and essentials. As this is an apartment complex, please always be respectful, quiet, and courteous to your neighbors. 2. Kindly remove your shoes upon entering the house. 3. Guests are required to disinfect countertops, dishes, and anything they use during their stay. 4. Please take care of linens and use only the essentials. 5. Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. A violation will result in a charge fee of $800.00. 6. Any stains found on the couches will incur a charge fee of $300.00. 7. Guests must not exceed a $100 monthly utility fee, additional charges will apply for utilities exceeding $100 per month. Turn off all lights and electronics before leaving the house. 8. Take out all trash and place it in the designated bins to the left of parking space "A" . 9. Only two persons allowed per room, as per the reservation. 10. Overnight visitors are not allowed. 11. The host assumes no responsibility for misplaced, lost, or damaged packages delivered to the address. 12. Guests must use outside postal service delivery methods, such as a PO Box, and refrain from using house address for mail delivery. 13. Guests must inform hosts of any property issues or malfunctions within 24 hours to arrange for repairs. 14. To maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood, please avoid loud noises after 10:00 pm. 15. Check in time is 4pm, check out time is 11am, late checkout will be subject to an additional charge of $200 per hour unless approval is given by Airbnb message.
