Stroll to the Harz Narrow Gauge Railway station in just 10 minutes or explore the surrounding sights such as the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Quedlinburg and Goslar, Schierke as a starting point for Brocken, Bodetal or Rappbodetalsperre on foot or by bus. With the guest card you also have free access to public transport, perfect for relaxed travel throughout the Harz Mountains. Guest access The apartment is located in a separate part of a detached house, with separate entrance and private terrace. Parking is available in the public area right by the apartment. There is no parking fee there and no parking ban due to street cleaning either. Other things to note The city of Wernigerode charges a tourist tax of 3.50 euros per day/per person. The tourist tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival. The bus ticket in the Harz district is included. The apartment is on two floors, upstairs is the bedroom and the bathroom. The floors are connected by a staircase that is slightly steeper than the norm. We ask you to take this into account if you have walking difficulties.
