There is plenty of street parking available. There is also a full size washer and dryer available for use in the unit. Other things to note We have two dogs and a child that live upstairs and the house isn't completely soundproof. Our daughter can be a bit loud sometimes and you may hear some noise from time to time so if you are very sensitive to sound then this might not be the best place for you. We try to keep her from making too much noise but she is still a kid. She goes to a daycare on weekdays and goes to bed early so the sound from upstairs would be minimum from 8PM - 7AM.
