The property has a dock suitable for sunning, swimming, fishing or docking your boat. Bass, Catfish, Crappie and other game fish are available in the lake. The space There is an abundance of wildlife, from deer to bald eagles. The morning sunrises are beautiful from the screened in porch. We also have available a house on each side of this house if more space is needed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except for a garage on the lower level. Access also includes the use of the dock for fishing, swimming, sunning and docking Kayaks, life jackets and paddles are also included at no additional charge. Life jackets are REQUIRED. your boat. Other things to note The house is on Sugar Creek at the mouth of Elk River and is part of Wheeler Lake. Wheeler Lake provides great bass and crappie fishing and is considered one of the best cat fishing areas in the country.
