The location is very convenient, as it is only 20 minutes from the centre of Madrid and you will be close to everything the city has to offer. IMPORTANT: this is a first floor flat, it is interior and not very bright. You will also be just minutes away from all the city's attractions. - You will enjoy a spacious flat with all the necessary equipment for a perfect city break. It also has a lift, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, portable clothes horse, heating (radiators), boiler for hot water and air conditioning (portable fans). - Cozy and fully equipped apartment: Bedroom and bathroom equipment: Bed linen and towels will be provided for each guest. Amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Kitchen: Kitchen welcome kit, which will contain: 1 bottle of dishwasher detergent 30 ml. 1 washing sponge. 1 multi-purpose cloth. 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: For hygiene reasons, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea will not be provided. Guests must bring or purchase these products on their own. It also has a lift, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, portable clothes horse, heating (radiators) and air conditioning (portable fans). Other IMPORTANT features you should take into account: - Flat on a first floor, it is interior and not very luminous. - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Baby cot option available for travellers with infants for an additional extra charge of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for an extra charge of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Communicate your needs in advance to prepare them for your stay. Accommodation: - You will appreciate the place for its central location and equipment. - The flat can comfortably accommodate 3 people and is located on a ground floor, accessible by stairs. - To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A modern living space: a corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area for 4 people. - A functional kitchen open to the living room: fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, washing machine, kitchen utensils. - A pleasant bedroom: double bed, storage space. - A functional bedroom: single bed, storage space. - A living room with sofa. - A clean bathroom: corner shower cubicle, washbasin, mirror, towel dryer, WC. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons and other than tourist use. In order to formalise the reservation, it will be necessary to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation that accredits the reason for the stay. When you arrive at the apartment, I will greet you in person. Free check-in takes place from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key delivery. The check-in hours are until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the apartment. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the apartment. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the apartment (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Please take out the garbage every day, especially during the summer months. Buckets in the backyard. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the reservation is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the reservation. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A APARTMENT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CUSTOMER. In case you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be picked up at a location other than the accommodation.
