Sleeps 4 Kitchen -Our cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils. You'll also find a range of basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, pepper, and select spices. Additionally, there is a dining table with seating for 8, so everyone can gather together to enjoy meals or play board games. The cabin's open floor plan allows for easy flow between the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a welcoming space for everyone to gather and spend time together. Living Space -The living space in our cabin is designed to provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests. It features a sofa and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the great outdoors. You can also enjoy the smart TV or play board games with family and friends. Large windows in the living space provide plenty of natural light and allow you to take in the beautiful scenery surrounding the cabin. Finally, there is also a door leading out to the deck area, which is perfect for enjoying fresh air and soaking up the scenery. Patio -Our patio is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. It is equipped with comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for taking in the fresh mountain air and taking in the beautiful views. You can also enjoy cooking outdoors with our gas griddle and spacious dining table. -Finally, you can unwind in the luxurious hot tub, which is also located on the patio and accommodates up to 6 people. The patio area is also equipped with outdoor lighting, so you can enjoy the space even after the sun goes down. Fire Pit -Our cabin provides a dedicated fire pit area with ample seating for your enjoyment. Gather around the fire, relax in the comfortable seating, and create memorable moments with your loved ones. -Please note that during burn bans in Oklahoma, the use of fire pits may be prohibited, and violating the ban can result in fines up to $1000. We take fire safety seriously and are committed to adhering to local regulations and ensuring the safety of our guests and the surrounding area. We will provide you with information regarding any active burn bans, and we kindly request that you comply with the regulations in place to avoid any fines or penalties. Laundry -Washer and dryer available for your use during your stay at our cabin. We provide laundry detergent. Guest access For your convenience and safety, you will receive a personalized code allowing you to access the property after your 4pm check-in until 11pm check-out. Please note that the keycode is changed after every guest to ensure your safety and privacy. We want you to have peace of mind knowing that you're the only one with access to the cabin during your stay. Other things to note Occupancy -The maximum occupancy for our cabin is 8 guests. We kindly ask that you do not exceed this limit for the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Occupancy exceeding 8 will result in eviction without refund. Pet -We have a pet-free policy in our cabin. We do not allow pets on our property to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, including those with pet allergies. Surveillance -We have surveillance cameras installed at the front and back door of the cabin. Cameras do not face inside the cabin or any private spaces. They are only used to monitor outdoor areas of the cabin, including driveway, parking area, and entry points. Requirements -Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present on property during entire stay. -You will be required to sign rental agreement and provide identification. -A $300 security deposit is required. Deposit will be refunded in full within 5 days after your departure, provided there are no damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning needed. -No pets, no smoking, no vaping, no fireworks, no parties, no firearms allowed.
