The space Welcome to this little corner of paradise nestled in a resort estate, ideally located on the shores of Lac Laurianne in Saint-Côme. Here, tranquility reigns supreme, and you will be pleased to know that motor boats are banned, thus preserving the serene atmosphere that characterizes this place. Imagine, every evening, facing spectacular sunsets that unfold majestically before you, thanks to the west-facing facade! Upon arrival at the chalet, you will be greeted by an open area on the ground floor, bordered by a warm fireplace. The living room welcomes you for total relaxation, the dining room can accommodate up to eight guests and the kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious meals to share with your loved ones. On the ground floor, a family room awaits you, perfect for memorable entertainment evenings, complete with a pool table to spice up your downtime. The interior layout is complete with four bedrooms, each with queen beds, and two bathrooms (one with bath and shower and the other with shower only). Outside, two terraces offer breathtaking views, while a dedicated campfire and marshmallow area awaits you for cozy evenings under the stars. And to top it all off, why not treat yourself to ultimate relaxation in the hot tub? Don't forget to also take advantage of the dock and nautical equipment available to you on site: two single kayaks, a paddle board and a double pedal boat. Guest access You have full access to the cottage, the grounds, the descent to the lake, the dock, and all the boats available on site. Take full advantage of everything this exceptional place has to offer! Other things to note Note that although the cottage is located on the waterfront, it will take two minutes to walk to the dock. This short walk will add even more charm to your experience by bringing you even closer to the beauty of the lake. It is possible to make a fire in an indoor and outdoor fireplace, wood is not provided.
