The Apartment: The best choice between comfort and location. Comfortable, cosy and with perfect lighting, this apartment in Madrid's Habsburg district invites you to stay the moment you enter. It is located on the second floor of a residential building. The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The living area, which also integrates the dining room for an open and comfortable space, has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed if necessary, a Smart Tv and a pleasant decoration that invites relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave among other appliances. The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. Air conditioning only in the living room. Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 Pm to 11:00 Pm. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
