Anamazing Camper Experience!

Experience what the area has to offer in a unique way! We are located off Interstate 77 & 64 (1.3 miles.) Also see our Host Guidebook! The space Our camper is settled in a quaint part of our property where you will have your own privacy away from our main house. It offers two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and a bunkhouse room with 2 bunk beds (two beds total. It has an electric fireplace that can be used for heating the space or for the ambiance (no heat). In addition to the two rooms (both have doors) there is a jack-knife sofa that could sleep a small child (or two depending on the size). The kitchen table also folds down into a bed as well if need be. Each room has a tv with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, and more! (Please bring your own login information). There is also a kitchen in the living area that is equipped with basic cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils, etc) and a coffee maker (kcups and powdered creamer is available for your use). There is a full bathroom with a shower and toilet. **Please be mindful when flushing the toilet paper and be sure it goes all the way down to avoid clogs** When you arrive, you will feel the coziness right away. We have fenced in a portion of our property around the camper to give you the feeling that you have your own private space and finished the fence off with some cheerful lights to get you in the camping spirit. You also have your own private driveway. Inside the fence is where you will find all the fun stuff! At the end of the day when your adventures in the area are complete, come back and grab a beverage and relax! There is a fire pit with some chairs (we provide the wood up to 10 pieces per stay and you can find more information about this in the house guide), a small corn hole set, a yard Yahtzee game, a picnic table, and a couple of paddle ball sets. Everything you need to kick back and round out your day's adventures! Feel free to roam the neighborhood as well, just be mindful that some of the neighborhood dogs may approach. We also provide complementary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They are in dispensers on the shower wall. Please do not tamper with the dispensers. Any snacks or cooking items that are in the camper are also complementary so feel free to enjoy! 4 bath towels and 4 wash clothes are provided. If you have more than 4 guests you will need to bring additional towels and wash clothes. We provide linens for the queen bed and the two bunk beds, and there's an additional twin set of bedding under the couch in the living room. Guest access You have access to your own private driveway and the entire camper and outdoor area surrounding it! The fire pit, picnic table, and outdoor area surrounding the camper are all yours to enjoy during your stay! Other things to note As mentioned in the introduction message, we do run a pet-sitting business from our home and while we are very mindful of noise during your stay, you may occasionally see/hear the pups playing in the backyard privacy fence. If noise becomes an issue for you please reach out and let us know and we will handle it! If you are traveling with pets, while we do not allow pets in the camper we are happy to provide a discount on our boarding services in our home for our Airbnb guests. If you are not experienced in staying in an RV then it can be an adjustment from a "regular" house with a "regular" septic system. While we do have a sewer hook up down at the camper and are able to empty the tanks during your stay, we prefer to not have to because we are not always available (sometimes we are even out of town). Therefore, water conservation is highly recommended because if the holding tanks get full and we are not available to empty them, you will no longer be able to use the water and toilet. The bigger your party, the quicker they will fill up. We've had single people stay for over a week and never fill them up and we've also had families of 6 fill the tanks in one day. With that said, be sure to thoroughly read the house guide after booking so that you understand and are aware of things you can do to help not fill the tanks during your stay. Our neighbors are very friendly and enjoy socializing on the weekends so you may hear some music playing, specifically on Saturdays, a couple of houses down :)
