Original photography, local artwork & carefully chosen furnishings celebrate the harbour, coastline & creative energy shaping this vibrant corner of Kent. The space Spacious and light-filled, the apartment flows naturally between the living areas and sea-facing terrace. Slightly set back from the hustle and bustle of the beach, it provides a tranquil setting from which to watch the world go by. Inside, the open-plan living area leads to a vibrant terracotta dining nook, widescreen TV and Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speaker. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Siemens induction hob, oven and dishwasher, a Grind coffee machine and quality cookware. The main bedroom is towards the back of the apartment and includes a comfortable king-size bed, ample storage and an ensuite shower room. There is also a single trundle bed for use in the master bedroom (please request wen booking) The second bedroom has two single beds, a Samsung QLED Smart TV with Art Mode and a full collection of Little People, BIG DREAMS books. There's also a family bathroom with a bathtub. Art & Local Character - Throughout the apartment you'll find photography captured around Ramsgate's harbour, coastline and streets. The colourful paintings in the twin room are by Alex, a talented artist from Art4All, a local studio supporting artists with learning disabilities and additional needs. We're proud to share a small part of his story here. Guest access You will have full access to the apartment (excluding one of the two wardrobes in the twin bedroom, which will remain locked). You will also have access to a secure, covered private parking space and a secure bicycle store. Please note we do not currently offer EV charging. Other things to note Doing Our Bit - We take sustainability seriously. This property has been furnished with eco-friendly and locally sourced materials wherever possible. Eco mattresses and Mater terrace furniture made from ocean waste plastic form part of that approach. We supply plastic-free and sustainable toiletries, eco coffee pods and use environmentally friendly cleaning products. Other Things to Note - The apartment is located on the second floor, with lift access to all floors. We love animals but have chosen to make this home pet-free. The apartment is fitted with a Minut Sensor. Minut is camera-free. It simply monitors sound, occupancy and temperature levels in the property. It does not listen in on conversations or capture any sensitive data. Minut minimises neighbour complaints, keeps guests and homes safe, and enhances guest comfort.
