A completely renovated luxury apartment (2023) in the heart of Noordwijk. The property is just 300 meters from the beach and is surrounded by shops (100 m) and restaurants (50 m). The ideal base for exploring Noordwijk and its beautiful surroundings! The cities of Leiden, Haarlem, The Hague and Amsterdam are all about half an hour's drive away. Nearby are numerous attractions and activities, such as the world-famous Keukenhof. The space You enter a spacious common hallway. On the third floor is the door to the accommodation. From the hall, you enter the living and dining room, which is equipped with a smart TV, a corner sofa and a spacious dining table with six chairs. The balcony can be accessed from the living room. Adjacent to the living room is an open kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, combi oven, coffee maker (Nespresso) and a kettle. The first coffee cups, tea and sugar are provided in the house. The bedrooms are located on the fourth floor of the accommodation. The master bedroom has a king size box spring. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. All rooms are equipped with storage facilities and a mirror. All beds will be provided with bedding upon arrival. There is also a luxury bathroom upstairs with a sink, mirror with LED lighting, a rain shower and toilet. A towel package will be ready for each guest upon arrival, consisting of towels, a guest towel and a bath mat. The size of this package is adjusted to the duration of the stay. Other things to note Parking: There is the possibility to reserve a private parking space for €15 per day. This must be reserved and paid for prior to the stay. The accommodation is located on the third and fourth floors. The front of the apartment is adjacent to the entertainment area; this may cause noise nuisance.
