Notes: Please note that this house sits on the same property as another separate smaller house. The smaller house is accessed via a path that goes down the side of this house. You may see other guests accessing the other house via that walkway but should not cross paths as you do not need that route for your access, if that makes sense! We are potentially ok with people doing most types of photoshoot in the house and on the property. However, we ask you contact us IN ADVANCE of booking with the details. The sofa bed requires booking in advance if you are requiring all 5 beds and the reservation is for less than 10 people. This is a $30 charge if the reservation is for less than 10. Call outs after our cleaner has left and has to come back are an additional $25 + the $30 if not booked in advance. Lastly, there is no hot tub at this property.
