The space On the ground floor is the large bedroom with two windows and two balcony doors, leading to the paved courtyard and having unlimited sea views, a hall and the bathroom. On the upper floor is the very comfortable and bright living room with large windows and the most beautiful view, with a table for dining or working and a fireplace, the very functional and well-equipped kitchen and the WC. In the courtyard surrounding the house there is a table and garden chairs, a large umbrella for shade as well as sun loungers for sunbathing and endless hours of observation of the starry sky when it gets dark. Guest access The most convenient route we recommend when you arrive in Volos is the following: AGRIA - KALA NERA - AFETES - NEOCHORI - TSAGARADA. In Tsagarada we will wait for you at a point on the main road and we will take you to the house. All this information will of course be confirmed a few days before your arrival by contacting you. The house is located in the heart of nature! Every living organism has its home... like spiders, ants, insects in general! Every year before the start of the season we do pest control. A special crew comes and sprays all the areas with ecological materials. However, we cannot exterminate them one hundred percent! We ask for your understanding! 2.
