Enjoy your stay in beautiful West Seattle in our recently renovated guest studio complete with queen sized custom made Murphy bed, Egyptian cotton 1,000 thread count sheets and comfortable foam mattress. Full kitchenette with cooking tools and utensils, full bathroom, and fenced in back yard access with hammock to relax and enjoy. Free street parking in this quiet, laid back, residential area. Conveniently located just 15 min south of downtown and 15 north of the airport. The space Recently renovated, this little space is perfect for visitors who might be looking for function, versatility and comfort. Kitchenette contains countertop cooking options, as well as a rolling island and adjustable stools you can use to eat or work at as needed. Everything you need to enjoy your stay while visiting beautiful Seattle. Shopping area walkable just half mile away. Just one mile from the beach at Lincoln Park, or the Fauntleroy Ferry for day trips across the water. Near several bus stops. Decorated to bring warmth and vibrance to our guests with a touch of PNW flare. Family oriented space, board games and TV with access to major streaming apps. You’re welcome to use the back yard to cook out, relax, have cocktails or wine (or NA drinks of course) and unwind by the fire pit. SUP with pump to use in the summer if you like as well. Absolutely no smoking in the studio and if smoking on the property then waste must be put into the designated receptacle. Guest access Access to the studio and shared backyard are through the gate at the base of the driveway. Backyard is shared with us and our three dogs. Other things to note "MUST LOVE DOGS" as they say as we have three dogs of our own who often enjoy the backyard. They're very friendly with people, but can be challenging to mix with other pets, hence the 'no pets' policy for this unit and to keep things more comfortable for everyone.
