Looking for a unique property on a country setting yet close to city amenities? Welcome to The Lonely Bull--a Luxury 40ft Shipping Container Home! Relax in the hot tub or gaze at the stars on the rooftop deck! Located 10 minutes off I-20 and 15 minutes from both Historic Downtown Weatherford and Granbury. NOTE: this is one of 2 units on the property. The other unit for rent is The Tiny 'Tainer (20ft container, sleeps 2). Disclaimer: yes, it's possible to hear road noise. You'll tune it out. The space Though it's a tiny house, you'll find The Lonely Bull to be quite roomy inside! There is a living area with electric fireplace; a kitchenette with a two-burner electric cooktop, microwave, and mini-fridge; a bathroom with full-size shower; and one private bedroom. This unit can sleep up to 3 guests. The bedroom hosts a queen-size bed, and the couch in the living area pulls out to sleep an additional guest. Hot tub is open year-round. There is currently one other unit for rent on the property, so it's possible that there will be two parties visiting at the same time. Outside, there is a common area available for all guests to share the amenities. Guests can play volleyball/badminton/pickleball (10ft adjustable net) or cornhole, grill up some burgers and enjoy each other's company at the table under the pergola, or roast some s'mores at the fire pit! Guest access Guests are free to explore the full property but are strictly prohibited from trespassing on the other unit that is not part of their reservation, whether it is vacant or not. Please use caution when walking around the premises as there may be venomous snakes, fire ants, scorpions, wild hogs and other wildlife on the property at any time. Prior to the reservation date, guests will receive codes for the entrance gate and to unlock the front door of the house. Other things to note We do not currently provide firewood for the fire pit, but it can be purchased at several local stores. We ask guests not to cut trees from the property to use for firewood. Free Wi-Fi is offered to all guests. TVs are equipped with FireTV, but guests must use their own personal account to login to the streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc. Guests are responsible for logging out of all accounts prior to check-out.
