Our apartment offers all the necessary comforts to spend your holidays.There is a sea view, it is located in a very good position where all necessary services are provided such as:supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,beaches from the most frequented in the whole area of Saranda.The building offers tranquility for dinner hours,safety and cleanliness!The apartment is located on the 5th floor, with elevator to the 4th floor, and very close to the sea only 100-200m away!Located in quiet and safe neighborhood! The space The apartment is located on the 5th floor and is equipped with an elevator up to the 4th floor!The apartment has the structure of an attic as you can see and in the picture!It's a nice environment,with two small balconies,a balcony is facing the sea, and the other balcony overlooking the neighborhood and the city,are environments where time can be spent and enjoy coffee or a glass of wine!The apartment offers all the necessary equipment for a family!The apartment is equipped with internet which covers all the spaces of the house! The house is located in a very good location!Housekeeping is simple but the care for cleanliness is maximum!The apartment is organized in two environments:In one environment is the living room together with the kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary equipment and for coffee lovers is provided and an espresso machine together with free coffees, the balcony with the sea view, the toilet where the shower and the washing machine are located together with the respective detergents,"the toilet is a little low in the direction of the shower as a result of the attic form that has the building",also the apartment has and the seat for three people!Likewise in this setting is located and the dining table as well as a large conductor that can cool and heat the entire space of the house as well as a smart TV!In the other environment we have the bedroom with the double bed (new mattress) also in this environment we have and a single bed equipped with a new mattress as well as a small balcony with a table and two chairs where you can enjoy the view from the neighborhood!It is not a luxury but simple and very clean apartment where inside you will find everything you need!
