The space The mid-century apartment was recently updated, with new lighting, paint and plumbing upgrades. It is well appointed, cozy and inviting. The outdoor deck lets you enjoy Reno's lovely weather & fresh air. The full kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots, utensils, dishware. Large off-street parking area behind the apartment. Guest access The apartment shares the bedroom wall with an apartment in the other half of the duplex. It is a residential area, so there is easy parking, and minimal traffic. Other things to note The kitchen has coffee, tea and sugar available to get you started. I also have a couple bikes available for guest use anytime. Unlimited Netflix and Pandora are available, too! We love our furry visitors, however, the studio apartment below is better suited to having pet visitors. Search for 'Modern Lofty Studio' In the summer, the living room and bedroom each have a window a/c for cooling. There is no central a/c.
