The space Welcome to our Bay Area Oasis! This property consists of three separate homes that share a beautiful yard with luxury pool. The perfect retreat for a large gathering of family or friends! All three homes have been recently upgraded and professionally furnished with the modern guest in mind. The main home consists of 4bd 3bath, guest house has 2bd 1.5bath and the charming pool casita with 1bd 1bath. All three units include complete kitchens with modern appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living rooms with comfy sofa and seating areas. Outdoor dining, free onsite and street parking, HDTV in all units, free high-speed WiFi. Please note that there is AC in the main 4 bedroom house and the 2 bedroom house, but not the cabana. You get the lovely backyard and pool (unheated) to yourself! *Fantastic location! Just minutes from Mountain View's downtown with fabulous restaurants. Close to the big tech companies and Stanford University. *Air conditioning and new heat system recently installed in the 4BD and 2BD houses. *Child friendly amenities including portable crib and high chair. A fantastic park and playground is just down the block. *Fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. *7 bedrooms. 4BD house has two bedrooms upstairs (king and queen in one, queen in the other) and two bedrooms downstairs (queen in one, two twins in the other). Studio cabana is one bedroom (queen) and has a full kitchen and bathroom. *Spacious living rooms with comfy sofas and seating areas. Beautifully landscaped entrance with a place to sit and sip your morning coffee. Room for two cars in the driveway and free street parking, free high-speed WiFi and private access! *Pool! Backyard has a beautiful pool for you to enjoy on hot summer days. The pool was recently (winter 2022) refurbished with new tile and surfaces. (NOTE - Pool is UNHEATED) Guest access Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on Airbnb. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure. Message us for more information. We are often asked about early check in. We will not know until the day before your arrival if early check-in (before 4pm) is possible. It will depend on if the house is booked the night before and the schedule of the housekeeper. IF the house is ready, we allow 3pm check-in without charge. If you desire check in earlier than 3pm AND the house is ready, we charge $15/hr for early check-in. For example 1pm check in would be $30. We can charge you through the resolution center if you would like to do this. If you want to guarantee an early check-in, please book the previous night.
