Located in one of the most sought-after areas with the best weather in the South West of Madeira island, the villa is unique in that it has a dedicated entertainment floor. Situated 5 mins away from Calheta Beach with its excellent restaurants on the marina & the same distance from Madalena do Mar beach. The house enjoys sun on the pool area from late morning until sunset. The space This recently built (2020) two-story villa features a large, heated infinity pool and gardens with over 15 palm trees on both levels and an interactive irrigation system.The villa is situated on a private road with only 3 houses so it is very quiet and safe. The private, remote control-gated parking for the house has space for 3 cars. The top garden features grass and a landscaped cactus garden. Just 1 minute by car from the main highstreet in Arco da Calheta, featuring shops, bars and cafes and less than a minute from the local Centro de Saude (medical center) and recently renovated tennis courts. The entrance floor of the villa has an open-plan formal living room with a big kitchen. The modern kitchen has a large island and scullery with all modern appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, etc). The room gives out to a large balcony with a 180 degree panoramic sea & mountain view. The formal living room section has two sofas, one of which opens out into a comfortable double sofa bed. There is also some storage for any extra luggage you may have. A perfect area for relaxing and chatting. There is a large bathroom with shower, toilet and basin off the corridor as well as a double bedroom leading off to the balcony and a smaller room with two single beds at the front of the property. The third bedroom with its walk-in-wardrobe and king-size bed is fully en-suite (shower, basin, WC) and also leads to the balcony. A separate lockable door separates the staircase which leads to the bottom floor where there is a very large open-plan entertainment area featuring a kitchen-bar area, living room, BBQ, separate shower room and WC. There is a table tennis table and table football table in the area to keep you entertained as well as a comfy sofa to watch the 85 inch television which is equipped with Netflix and Nos cable TV. The kitchen-bar area has a hob, drinks fridge, freezer and second dishwasher. There is also a large indoor dining table and chairs. The large sliding doors which give an indoor-outdoor feel, open out onto the patio, large garden and pool area. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off before and after using the pool. To enjoy your time by the pool, there are 8 comfortable sunbeds with parasols, a large, outdoor dining table and chairs and a lounging set. The pool heater is set to 24 degrees celsius but in the warmer months and with the use of the cover it usually reaches a few degrees higher.
