The space Located directly next to the Atlantic Ocean, this private bedroom & full bathroom in a shared 2-bedroom townhouse has a shared entrance with host and ocean views from the private bedroom & shared living room. Sleeps up to 4 guests if 2 guests are willing to share queen-sized bed in private bedroom & 2 guests are willing to use one or two foldout double-sized futons in shared living room. There is a fee for each guest so PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LIST & PAY FOR ALL GUESTS ON THE RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. No pets allowed. Brand-newly renovated two story townhouse, ocean views from private bedroom & shared living room, full kitchen w/brand-new granite countertops & stainless steel appliances including but not limited to open bartop area, old-fashioned popcorn machine, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave, electric stove, oven, blender, coffee-maker, wine fridge, full-sized fridge & freezer, living room with massage chair, neck & shoulder massager, foot bath, beanbag chair, Ms. Pac-Man video game, bluetooth jukebox machine, karaoke, gumball machine, star projector lights, Himalayan salt rock lamps, healing crystals, air purifier, high-speed WiFi Internet. One full private bathroom just for guests, free washer & dryer, central heat & window AC’s are also included in the unit. There’s a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub & body jets for guests only. Private bedroom also includes mini-fridge w/freezer plus additional small mini-fridge for water & beverages. One free off-street parking spot included on-site if available or within a few mins from the townhouse, additional parking may be provided upon request if available, additional fee may apply. In addition, street parking may be available, guests will need to pay meters to park on the street from April-October, snow bans may limit street parking from November-March. Early checkin & late checkout could be possible based on availability & additional fee. This is a shared space, host lives in townhouse & host needs to meet all guests when they checkin, guests must coordinate their checkin time with host. If reservation is booked the same day as checkin, host will check guests in as soon as possible anytime after 4 PM. There is a chance guests could get switched to one of our almost identical private rooms nearby, depending on availability, and especially with last minute same day bookings. All of our private rooms have nearly identical decor, locations & amenities. Please inquire in advance if you prefer to only stay in a particular room/location. There is absolutely NO SMOKING & NO VAPING OF ANY KIND allowed inside the house & guests will be immediately removed permanently if they do either. Guest access Guests will have access to entire townhouse except for other private bedroom & bathroom, basement & garage.
