Small cozy house in the countryside

Very charming little house ideally located in Cotentin! The nearest beaches (Surtainville or Rozel) are 10 minutes by car. Bricquebec (arts and history village), charming village is also 10 min by car. There are 2 supermarkets as well as the traditional Monday market. Valognes, medium-sized town (sncf train station), is only 20 minutes from the house. Finally, the East coast with the landing beaches discovery circuit is 30 minutes away. The space You enter a small laundry room where you can drop off shoes and coats. The house has a dining room and a living room, the two rooms are connected by a wood-burning stove. A kitchen with a large bar also allows you to eat in this room. All rooms have access to a terrace overlooking the garden. Not overlooked. The environment is very quiet, the house is surrounded by fields and forests. Please note, there is not much telephone network in the house! A Wi-Fi box (which works very well!) is however present in the house.
