The space This beautiful and spacious villa provides an authentic experience of the Croatian countryside, just 25 minutes drive from the coast. Start your day with your favorite book on a daybed with a view over the fields and hills from your spacious rooftop terrace. The outdoor dining has a large table, perfect for a group dinner. An outdoor grill is also available on the terrace. The house is a family project built over three generations using local materials, including stone and oak from a nearby forest. It is a well maintained, fully renovated and modernized in 2023 with new bathrooms, mattresses and kitchens equipped with new appliances. At the heart of the house is a living/dining area in the top floor with a connected kitchen. There are two tables, both seating up to 4 people. The living area has a TV to keep you entertained while cooling down from the warm summer days. The bedroom has a king size bed, with belonging bathroom, an open kitchen, living/dining with a solid sleeping sofa that can host two people, spacious terrace with scenic views over the fields and mountains. You can do sunbathing here as well as sit in shade. A TV with satellite connection you can find in the living room area. There is working are in a shared space on the first floor, both with direct access to Wi-Fi and outdoor spaces in green. From the house you can walk directly down to the Cetina river bank for hangouts or a swim, just 100m away. Guest access Guests will have the access to the apartment in top floor. They will be the only guests with eventually the host in the ground floor. Utilities for washing, drying and ironing are accessible in the unit.
