Guest access Pool Access Passes can be availed at Club House with P200 / Head / Shift fee. Swimming Time per Shift: Morning Shift: 7AM - 12PM Afternoon Shift: 2PM - 7PM - 20% less for Seniors and PWD (with valid ID for proof) - 3 feet below are free of charge Please bring the "visitors pass" to club house and payment will be process on this area. POOL CLOSED whole day every Tuesday for Maintenance. - Monday Booked Guests will have only Monday 2pm-7pm afternoon shift access to the pool. - Tuesday Booked Guests will be able to use pool the next day by Wednesday 7am to 12pm morning Shift. CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS: Please provide us the following right after booking confirmation so we can facilitate your Guest Advice Form (GAF) before your arrival: 1. Copy of Passports or any PH Gov’t ID of each guest. 2. If need parking at 300/night/car, please provide driver's name, car brand/model, Car Color and plate number. 3. Copy of Vaccination Cards/Certificates of each guest (may be requested if necessary) PARKING: 1. Condominium three story Indoor parking: Indoor overnight parking for guest booking at 300 pesos/Car/Slot depending on availability. 2. EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT can only be accommodated if we don’t have guests booked before and after you. In case Early check-in and Late Check-out is allowed depending on availability of the unit, but a minimal fee of P250.00 per hour is charged to cover additional utility costs or requested overlap extension. Gym and Function Areas can only be accessed by long term guests staying one month or longer. Please note that the building implements a strict No-Registration, No-Entry Policy for safety of the premised. Unregistered Guests and Visitors are not allowed to pass through the Lift lobby gates. NOISE CURFEW is observed at 10pm - 7am Other things to note For Ease of Check-In please send us the names of your guests list and a copy of the following requirements: 1. Cigarette butts found inside rooms, toiliet, garbage container, balcony and plants or anywhere inside our place will be chargeable at P2000 collected thru airbnb for violating our rules causing potential fire within our unit or the whole building. The Unit and indoor has Smoke detectors and may activate alarm of the whole building. You make smoke outside the building. Please ask the front desk reception / concierge for allocated smoking areas. * Building Admin will fine guest for Smoking 2. Strictly No Illegal Substances and Activities Allowed. 3. No Pets Allowed 4. The Building Implements a strict No Registration, No Entry Policy. Unregistered Visitors are NOT ALLOWED. you may entertain your visitors at the ground floor lobby. 5. The Kitchen is fully equipped for your food preparation, but Deep Frying is discouraged. * Please don’t bring smelly food like Durian or cook dried Fish, Danggit and the likes for the benefit of succeding guests and our neighbours. *We will charge for Professional Odor Removal Fee of P5000 for violations plus chargeable rate of succeeding guests depending on disruption of cleaning time or cancellation of bookings. 6. Please help us conserve energy and environment by turning off AC and lighting fixtures when you are away. 7. You may celebrate your special events, but please observe building Noise Curfew at 10:00 pm - 7:00 am especially in Balcony Area. 8. Should you bring kids with you, Please take note that our unit is not totally baby/child proof. We put additional covers for dangerous gap, sliding door stopper to prevent child finger getting hurt and AC power outlet covers since day one but because of daily use all protection will be worn out or misplaced and there may be other things we missed on our safety check. So please take necessary care and precaution for your child. 9. We provide Soap, Shampoo & Drinking Water. Other than these, all unit amenities are private property and should not be taken out of the unit. Missing or damages due to negligence shall be charged to guest’s account. 10. If anything gets broken or damaged, Please report to us right away so we can advice what to do and take necessary action to repair or replace. 11. Our unit have monitored digital door lock with provided guest PIN code access while the unit storage areas with external combination lock have extra mounted door sensor inside are activated which when forcefully opened will trigger and alert / notify us for unauthorised intrusion. This we hope to keep our operation under control and to readily address the need of our succeeding guest. 12. Please Take nothing but photos and good memories with you. CANCELLATION POLICY : Guests must cancel WITHIN 48 HRS OF BOOKING and the cancellation must occur ATLEAST 14 DAYS before check-in to get a FULL REFUND. For cancellations between 7 and 14 days before check-in is 50% REFUNDABLE. Cancellations made within 7 days before check-in is NON-REFUNDABLE. Most importantly, Have fun!
