2-bedroom holiday cottage, located just a short walk from the heart of the ancient Saxon town of Winchcombe. Sleeps 4 people and dogs welcome. Sister property next door with another 2 bedrooms, can be booked together. Winchcombe has so much to offer all visitors, from local retailers and producers, pubs, tourist attractions including Sudeley Castle to numerous countryside walks all right on the doorstep. The space Nikolaus Cottage has two bedrooms - One room with a king sized bed and the other room is presented as a twin, with two single beds. You'll also find a downstairs cloakroom and on the first floor the main bathroom, with bath and separate shower. With all the comforts of any modern home, coupled with unique charm and character throughout – including exposed beams, stonework, copper-topped gas fireplace and secure west facing garden with views over the local countryside. Note: The garden is set over multiple levels with stone steps leading to the lawn, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues Other things to note Book seven or more nights and automatically receive a 10% discount. There are three steps into the cottage from the roadside. The main staircase from the ground floor to the first floor is steep and narrow - with handrails in place. Garden - The steps from the lower courtyard to the lawned area are steep and uneven (Cotswold stone). While we are very dog friendly, we kindly ask that they are not allowed up on to furniture, that you clean up after them and that they are not left unattended in the cottage at any time. Please add the dog to your booking (charges apply) and notify us that you are planning to bring your dog, so that we can arrange for extra amenities.
