The Jacarnada Top Floor are ecologically friendly, completely built from wood and a new addition to the Lodge. Each accommodating maximum 3 persons, they blend in perfectly in the natural environment and are fitted with solar for energy and modern facilities such as aircon. The space Facilities: Bedroom with kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, lounge area, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, hotplates, microwave and toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, air-conditioning in the bedroom, free WiFi, safe, cleaning service every 3 days, towel exchange every 2 days, linen exchange every 3 days, balcony with dining table and garden & mountain view. Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults (18-99 years old) Minimum stay: 2 nights Other things to note Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy The Seychelles “Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy” will be effective as of August 01st 2023 Lemongrass Lodge is requiring to collect an additional contribution Value Added Tax (VAT), for the environment tax and will be based on SR25 / 2 Euros per person per night, this contribution is not just collecting a tax. Proceeds from the Levy would add on to the country’s efforts in securing and enhancing its natural environment. The intention is to improve our environment in which the visitors are living and that we are aiming for renewable energy and this will need investment and this levy will be your contribution to help a small country that is doing a lot for the environment today. The VAT will be an exemption for children under 12, staff of airline companies and Seychellois citizens. The contribution can be made in Seychelles Rupees, or Euros.
