Beautiful view from the living room and private terrace towards Gamle Bybro, Nidarosdomen and the wharf in Kjøpmannsgata. Centrally located and within walking distance to the city center and Solsiden. Morning coffee can be enjoyed in the sunny backyard and in the afternoon/evening the sun is on the market terrace. Here you live in a private home that I love very much. The space Modern apartment with personal style, as it is not a pure rental property. My clothes, pictures and personal belongings have not been removed. Voice-controlled and amazing Sonos system in all common rooms Guest access 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area can be used by guests. Locked: Storage room and one bedroom Other things to note I can offer parking in the underground car park. It must be pre-booked, and there is only room for a regular car, unfortunately not room for a large SUV or van. Please let me know if you want parking.
