The house has common areas such as a living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and a very nice patio. In what was the garage there is now a coffee shop with delicious breakfasts and coffee. We are only 2 blocks from the Glorieta Minerva, one of the most iconic and central points of the city, perfect if you plan to take tours or simply explore the area. The space The house is located in the Arcos Vallarta neighborhood. It is a house with a lot of historical value and is completely remodeled. On the facade there are stairs to enter the house, on the first level is the living room with TV, the dining room, the kitchen and at the bottom a patio (all these areas of common use) when passing the room are on the right side the stairs to climb to the 4 rooms, all with their private bathroom and TV. We have an alkaline water filter that produces: *100% PURE water, free of harmful agents *Odorless, tasteless, crystalline and light water So you won't have to buy water bottles. Guest access To make your stay more enjoyable, you can enjoy the common areas such as the living room, which has a TV, the dining room, the kitchen (each room has a space in the pantry and in the refrigerator in case you want to buy groceries) The patio is also available for all guests to use. You can read, work, rest, and take advantage of these common areas throughout your stay. Other things to note Check-in is after 3pm with no time limit for access. The main door has a key lock. Once inside, on the wall behind the door, there are some code boxes with the keys to each room inside. The boxes are labeled with the room's # and name. The codes are provided to you a few days before your arrival.
