(The guests have to pay the electricity) - For the monthly rent, we require a deposit of 10% of the total amount which will be refunded after check-out. - There is a security deposit of IDR 1,000,000 for the pet (refundable if there is no damage after check-out) Breakfast can be prepared by our staff upon request with extra costs, please give one day's notice. Other things to note Please note that Bali is a tropical destination, so you may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife, particularly near gardens and open-air areas. From time to time, this can include geckos, ants, butterflies, birds, and other insects, this is a normal part of island life and these visitors are generally harmless. If anything makes you uncomfortable during your stay, please let us know right away and we’ll be happy to assist. Early Arrivals and Late Departures: - If you expect to arrive early in the morning and would like an immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. For the early check-in we will try to accommodate you but we couldn’t guarantee, it is subject to the villa availability. - Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart.
